We provide exchanges or refund of cash for your orders.
Our exchange / refund of cash means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or the refund of cash for your order. To be eligible for an exchange/ cash refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange/refund of cash you can contact us at pinksunsetboutiquemiami@gmail.com.If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that sales are finals. We do not exchange or give back funds if the items were purchased in a sale.
Once you receive your order please make sure to check for any damage, or any notation that must be brought to our attention.
Once items are received it could take from 3 – 5 days for you to receive back your cash refund after the item is received on our end.
If an exchange is requested it could take from
4-7 days after the item is received in our end.
